Dear Mama,

Below is the draft of my new post to my blog. Please review it and provide your valuable suggestions and comments.

Hi,

It's been 10 months I am here in mumbai and what I observed is people prefer to talk in their local tongue than national language.

I meet various marathi and gujrati people and whenever they meet their known, they started to talk in marathi or gujrati, whatever the local language.

When I was kid and living in my hometown in Hadoti region of Rajasthan, I tought to talk in hindi rather than using my local language, Hadoti. The reason they gave is people will assume you as a villager but now when I see marathi people talking in marathi in big corporates, I am very sure that no one is thinking of them being villager and they proudly say that they are maharastrian people.

By the time, the Hadoti language is getting vulnerable (not at extreme level) and when I meet childrens from my region, they even don't understand the hadoti.

There is a sudden need to protect and spread the extinction of local languages across India because D. H. Lawrence (renowned writer) said "When people are enslaved, as long as they hold fast to their language, it is as if they had key to their prison."

It's a humble request to you that please don't make our local language extinct. It is okay to hold fast in Hindi or English but to make connections and networking it is very much necessary to speak and understand the local language.

Regards,
Adarsh Mangal

Once there was a cultural function going on in my village of a certain scheduled caste and the whole function was hosted in Hadoti language. The following incident lead my thoughts to conclude that its about how our elders want us to talk and in which language. How they want us to present ourselves in front of others. It might be due to demographic combination of a certain region. People with large majority holds their roots with their culture and language while people with minority wants to stand out of them and make a special identity between them.

The Aftermath

"I think it's not working anymore. We should breakup and it's not you it's me"

We all laughed when Zakir Khan said these lines in his stand-up special and have you ever thought what were the thoughts of the girl and boy while saying these heartbroken lines or after breakup? Let me tell you!

Whenever there is nothing going right in any relationship, once this thought always come in mind that "I should breakup because it's not working anymore" and after every bad moment this thought gets heavier and heavier and after sometime we decide to finally breakup because we think it's the best option.

It may be normal for the casual relationship holders who has similar relationships that lasts maximum upto 1 years but what happened with the couple who is in relationship for very long time, say 5 years.

Being this much long in a relationship, their life started revolving around each other.
◆ Their morning starts together and they sleep together.
◆ They roam together and they eat together.
◆ They praise together and they hate together.

Suddenly, after breakup, everything seems like incomplete and the togetherness converts into the loneliness.
◆ Morning doesn't happens without the good morning wish and night becomes sleepless.
◆ The road full with people seems like empty and food doesn't satisfies hungriness.
◆ Things look good and bad but heart becomes feeling less.

For sometime, until someone else becomes that close or we found someone to share our heart out, the life feels like food without salt, like everything is there but something important is missing.

Past, Present and Future

There is always a fight between past, present and future.

Thinking too much about past actions leads to overthinking about present course of action and this overthinking also includes the analysis of different future results due to different present actions.

I know that past actions influence the future result of present action but if you do something wrong in order to compensate the wrong past actions then the future consequences due to consolidated wrong past and present actions can be worst.

That's why it's important to not think about past actions but to do whatever is correct in present scenario and try to compensate the wrong past actions with right present actions.

Choice Making

What would you think of being a learner of subject you don't want to study?

While going through some of the reasons why one would choose the stream, he/she don't what to choose, I came across following:
1. Parents pressure
2. Social pressure
3. Monetary pressure
4. Poor understanding of what to choose
5. Goat race, etc.

This practice is coming from a very long time. In history, we studied that 'the son of farmer will become a farmer and the son of king will become the king'. What if the son of farmer wants to become a soldier or son of king want to become a writer but they can't because they have so much peer pressure due to any of the above reasons or any other reason.

This practice needs to be stopped. The main problem now a days is goat race where if one person chooses to go on a certain direction, the rest follows him without a question. We are human beings and are supposed to do what our heart and mind says to do. We are not sheep's, we have mind and have to use it. We can't blindly follow someone.

I will talk about myself. When I was in class 10, I was being hammered to become a Chartered Accountant and this hit me so hard that I chose commerce but now I think do I really want to do this?

This is what happens when you don't get to chose what you want to do. By the time you feel like it's not me and now there is no way back so I have to live with this.

We will be talking about how advanced education system can change this.
